Established in 2021 we have created a world’s first mini golf experience. Combining our in house developed technology with our characters and storyline to help create an event for each guest. The Right Candidate

– Do you have management experience and looking to lead an amazing people culture, in the next biggest thing to hit the leisure sector?
– Are you a team leader looking for career progression in a company with massive ambitions to disrupt the sector, could you be a part of this growth?
– Can you demonstrate leadership ability with at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing hospitality setting?

 

You must be driven, organised and passionate about creating a great working culture and even more importantly about giving our guests the best experience possible.

 

Key Responsibilities

– To support the management team with the day to day running of a busy, wet led, multi-faceted business, which relies on pre-booked revenue.
– You will need to inspire and motivate your colleagues on every shift.
– Be accountable for the smooth running of shifts and for managing all aspects of the site.
– Be inquisitive and play a major part in our growth and help develop and shape as we grow.
– Deliver an exceptional customer journey, raising standards every day.
– Responsible for leading the recruitment of high performing talent to increase employee retention and reduce staff turnover.

 

42 hours per week, with a salary of circa £23,000pa. Typical working hours will include daytimes, evenings (up until approx. 11.30pm), including weekends (both Saturdays and Sundays). This is a full time, permanent position.

The Right Candidate

As a PUTT Master you will lead our team and begin to control shifts. You will receive our fantastic management training package, and this is a great start for further progression as our new business grows. Another key aspect of your role along with our Putt Hosts is to make sure our guests receive the highest standard of service possible, creating an industry changing experience a most of all something that’s a putt above the competition.

 

What we’ll be expecting from you:
– Being the first point of contact for all our guests
– Running our lane admin system
– Using tills and taking payments
– Delivering outstanding customer service
– Preparing drinks (including our fantastic cocktail menu)
– Preparing snack and food items
– Serving all drinks and snacks to the correct lanes
– Responsible for the cleanliness of the venue
– Ensuring the site is cleaned and remains in tip top shape

 

Key Responsibilities

– Training our team members with our Putt for the Par training courses

– Be a star player with regards to standards on site, ensuring every box is ticked

– Receive more technical training on how our lanes work and provide fixes when necessary

– To deputise on occasion when a Team Supervisor or General Manager is unavailable

– To audit and review team members on a timely basis, and report findings back to management on areas of improvement

– Welcome guests to Putt Above, ensuring every guest receive a truly unique experience

– Observing and ensuring all games on site are running correctly

– Providing assistance when the guests require it

– Using our top-secret software in order to deliver our world class experience

– Communicating with the Guest Services team and management about guest enquiries (phone or otherwise)

– Complete repair work if necessary

– Cleaning the lanes, reception, and toilet areas

– Other reasonable tasks may be asked by a Team Supervisor or General Manager

This role has an hourly rate of £9.90ph. Typical working hours will include daytimes, evenings (up until approx. 11.30pm), including weekends (both Saturdays and Sundays). This is a 0 hours contract position.

The right candidate should be confident and well presented at all times in front of our fabulous guests. The ability to handle multiple roles is key, one day you could be greeting our guests, the next ensuring our cocktails are made to our high standards

Key Responsibilities

As a PUTT HOST, it is your role to make sure our guests receive the highest standard of service possible, creating an industry changing experience and most of all something that’s a putt above the competition.

Your Responsibilities will include but not be limited to
– Being the first point of contact for all our guests
– Running our lane admin system
– Ensuring the site is clean at all times for our guests
– Using tills and taking payments
– Delivering outstanding customer service
– Preparing drinks (including our fantastic cocktail menu)
– Preparing snack and food items
– Serving all drinks and snacks to the correct lanes
– Responsible for the cleanliness of the venue
– Assisting with all close down and open procedures
– Be a star player with regards to standards on site, ensuring every box is ticked
– Communicating with our Guest services team and management about guest enquires
– Complete any repair work needed to our lanes (once training has been provided)

This role has an hourly rate of £9.50ph. Typical working hours will include daytimes, evenings (up until approx. 11.30pm), including weekends (both Saturdays and Sundays). This is a 0 hours contract position.
