Established in 2021 we have created a world\u2019s first mini golf experience. Combining our in house developed technology with our characters and storyline to help create an event for each guest. The Right Candidate<\/strong><\/p>

– Do you have management experience and looking to lead an amazing people culture, in the next biggest thing to hit the leisure sector?

– Can you demonstrate leadership ability with at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing hospitality setting?<\/p>

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>

– To support the management team with the day to day running of a busy, wet led, multi-faceted business, which relies on pre-booked revenue.
– You will need to inspire and motivate your colleagues on every shift.
– Be accountable for the smooth running of shifts and for managing all aspects of the site.
– Be inquisitive and play a major part in our growth and help develop and shape as we grow.
– Deliver an exceptional customer journey, raising standards every day.
– Responsible for leading the recruitment of high performing talent to increase employee retention and reduce staff turnover.<\/p>

42 hours per week<\/strong>, with a salary of circa \u00a323,000pa<\/strong>. Typical working hours will include daytimes, evenings<\/strong> (up until approx. 11.30pm), including weekends<\/strong> (both Saturdays and Sundays). As a PUTT Master you will lead our team and begin to control shifts. You will receive our fantastic management training package, and this is a great start for further progression as our new business grows. Another key aspect of your role along with our Putt Hosts is to make sure our guests receive the highest standard of service possible, creating an industry changing experience a most of all something that\u2019s a putt above the competition.<\/p>

What we’ll be expecting from you:
– Being the first point of contact for all our guests
– Running our lane admin system
– Using tills and taking payments
– Delivering outstanding customer service
– Preparing drinks (including our fantastic cocktail menu)
– Preparing snack and food items
– Serving all drinks and snacks to the correct lanes
– Responsible for the cleanliness of the venue
– Ensuring the site is cleaned and remains in tip top shape<\/p>

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>

–\u00a0Training our team members with our Putt for the Par training courses<\/p>

–\u00a0Be a star player with regards to standards on site, ensuring every box is ticked<\/p>

–\u00a0Receive more technical training on how our lanes work and provide fixes when necessary<\/p>

–\u00a0To deputise on occasion when a Team Supervisor or General Manager is unavailable<\/p>

–\u00a0To audit and review team members on a timely basis, and report findings back to management on areas of improvement<\/p>

–\u00a0Welcome guests to Putt Above, ensuring every guest receive a truly unique experience<\/p>

–\u00a0Observing and ensuring all games on site are running correctly<\/p>

– Providing assistance when the guests require it<\/p>

–\u00a0Using our top-secret software in order to deliver our world class experience<\/p>

–\u00a0Communicating with the Guest Services team and management about guest enquiries (phone or otherwise)<\/p>

–\u00a0Complete repair work if necessary<\/p>

–\u00a0Cleaning the lanes, reception, and toilet areas<\/p>

–\u00a0Other reasonable tasks may be asked by a Team Supervisor or General Manager<\/p>

This role has an hourly rate of \u00a39.90ph<\/strong>. Typical working hours will include daytimes, evenings<\/strong> (up until approx. 11.30pm), including weekends<\/strong> (both Saturdays and Sundays). This is a 0 hours contract<\/b>\u00a0position.<\/p>
